Pages describe professional consulting for internal security policy development and related advisory work. Information on rates and timelines is indicative until a written proposal is accepted. This site does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Content Meadowfield (Pty) Ltd. Draft policies and materials produced under a signed engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement letter. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client materials
Documents you share for assessment or drafting remain your property. We use them only to deliver the agreed work and to maintain engagement records.
Liability
Policy drafting supports organisational decision-making; it is not a substitute for legal advice, regulated audit opinions, or insurance underwriting. To the extent permitted by South African law, Content Meadowfield is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general website content. Liability under a paid engagement is limited as set out in the engagement letter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use or related enquiries.
